Todd Broker is the Director of the Murray State University Center for Economic Education having assumed that position in 2012. Professor Broker started teaching a variety of courses in the Economics & Finance Department at Murray State University in 2009 but maintains a concentrated focus on microeconomic foundations. He also manages the department’s dual credit outreach program to high schools. Prior to Murray State he worked nearly three years as a research analyst for an advocacy firm in the telecommunications industry. Professor Broker’s aim as the MSU Center director is to develop the economic knowledge and decision making skills young people in K-12 will need throughout their lives as family members, workers, citizens and leaders in business, labor, government and the community at large. Professor Broker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, a Master of Science degree in Economics, and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™.
